Rebate Validation

Rebates are an essential part of the dealer / manufacturer relationship.

Not only does it provide the latter with a great program for customer retention, but it assists dealers in maintaining their bottom line and making the purchase choices that best fit their budget.

That said, the sheer number and complexity of rebate programs out there make finding, calculating, and validating them extremely time-consuming. In many cases, determining the rebate eligibility of invoices requires the client to comb through each payment status, item, and vendor, pulling together multiple data sources in order to identify any potential discrepancies.

Unfortunately, the slow pace of this process causes a number of pain-points for both manufacturer and dealer. For the former, tons of man-hours may go into calculating complex, high-demand rebates, with entire teams losing days investigating disputes and resolving discrepancies. For the latter, the sheer amount of data can make it very difficult to ensure all invoices are properly evaluated, and all necessary rebates claimed.

Our strategic consulting service aims to streamline this process.

We start with the manufacturer side, where we can calculate the amounts due pursuant to each program, consolidating all the data into a comprehensive, easy-to-understand document. We do something very similar on the dealer side, compiling all available rebate data to pinpoint any potential discrepancies, presenting the client with a full report that shows them exactly what they need to know. If needed, we’ll even serve as a liaison between both parties to resolve any inconsistencies in data.

Service Summary

We save both the manufacturer and dealer side time and money by compiling and consolidating rebate data into an easy-to-understand format.

We ensure all rebates are properly and accurately accounted for, so dealers are receiving what they’ve earned and manufacturers aren’t overpaying.

We can work with both sides to resolve any disputes or discrepancies quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

With data collection, ‘the sooner the better’ is always the best answer.
